OUR BELIEFS

We believe that the Bible is the inspired written infallible word of God. It is the foundation on which the church is built, and is the final authority of our faith. We strive to live our lives according to the desire of God.

Our Doctrine

Salvation derived from the book of "Acts"

Acts 2:38
Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Mark 16:15
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

Romans 1:16
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth;

We believe it is essential to our salvation, a person must repent of their sin, be filled with his Spirit, and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ.

Speaking in Tongues

Acts 2:1-4
And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Mark 16:17-18
And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

When a person is filled with the Spirit there is an outward physical sign, which is the gift of tongues. One should not seek to speak in tongues, but to receive the infilling of the Spirit. For when one truly receives the infilling of the Holy Spirit the gift of tongues will follow.

Our God is One

Deut 6:4-5
Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

Isaiah 43:10-11
Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no savior.

Isaiah 44:6
Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.

We believe there is only one God and Savior, his name is Jesus!

Divine Healing

James 5:14
Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:

God gives us an authority and power over any sickness or disease. We want you to know, if your are sick we invite you to our church where we will anoint you with oil and pray in faith believing for your healing
